Our Commercial Electrical Division manages complex projects ranging from tenant fit-outs to large-scale ground-up construction. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager to oversee and deliver these projects successfully.*
*Position Overview*
*The Commercial Electrical Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing commercial electrical projects while ensuring safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong background in electrical contracting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead teams on multiple active job sites.*

*Key Responsibilities*
* *Manage all aspects of commercial electrical projects from contract award to final closeout.*
* *Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and material/equipment procurement plans.*
* *Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, owners, engineers, and inspectors.*
* *Lead and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.*
* *Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure code compliance and project accuracy.*
* *Monitor job costs and prepare change orders, billing, and progress reports.*
* *Conduct regular site visits to track progress, enforce safety standards, and resolve issues.*
* *Drive effective communication between field and office teams.*
* *Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to generate repeat business.*
*Qualifications*
* *5+ years of experience in commercial electrical project management (preferred within a contracting environment).*
* *Proven track record managing projects $500k–$5M+ in size.*
* *Strong knowledge of NEC, commercial construction practices, and electrical systems.*
* *Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.*
* *Strong leadership and communication skills—able to motivate and guide crews.*
* *OSHA 30 certification preferred.*
* *Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field experience preferred.*
* *Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally between job sites.*

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
