As a Salesforce QA Lead specializing in Sales Cloud and CPQ, you will make an impact by ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise CRM and ERP solutions through functional and automation testing. You will be a valued member of the Technology & Engineering team and collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients. In this role, you will: Perform functional manual testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and SAP Order Fulfillment processes. Validate Quote-to-Cash workflows including quoting, pricing, order management, invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition. Design and execute system, integration, regression, and acceptance tests. Create and manage test artifacts, sandboxes, and test data for comprehensive coverage. Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Track and report defects using JIRA and communicate effectively with project stakeholders. Based on this role's business requirements, this is an onsite position in a client or Cognizant office in Santa Clara, CA. The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting. This may change based on the project you're engaged in, as well as business and client requirements. What you need to have to be considered: 12+ years of overall QA experience, including functional and automation testing. 3+ years of experience in Quote-to-Cash validation (Salesforce CPQ, SAP Order Fulfillment, Billing, Revenue Recognition) Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud workflows and underlying objects. Hands-on experience with JIRA for defect tracking and reporting. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and testing lifecycle. These will help you stand out: 3+ years of experience in automation using Playwright, Rest Assured, Allure, UiPath. Experience with QE automation frameworks and API testing. Knowledge of SaaS products, database testing, and cloud environments. Exposure to SAP SD module and Salesforce CPQ. Certifications in Salesforce or SAP QA preferred. Salary and other compensation Applications will be accepted until January 9th, 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $95,850 to $152,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
