We are seeking an experienced Data & Business Intelligence Manager with over 15 years of IT expertise in delivering end-to-end data warehousing and analytics solutions using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and enabling actionable business insights. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable data solutions using Snowflake, DBT, Informatica, SQL, and Python. Manage and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance. Drive the creation of advanced dashboards and self-service analytics using Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, and Sigma Computing. Collaborate with business stakeholders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Retail, and Insurance domains to enable data-driven decision-making. Oversee cross-functional teams and manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance. Required Skills & Experience: 15+ years of IT experience with a focus on data warehousing and business intelligence. Expertise in Snowflake, DBT, Informatica, SQL, and Python. Strong experience with BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, and Sigma Computing. Deep domain knowledge in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Retail, and Insurance. Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication and leadership skills. The annual salary for this position is between $101,000
$150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
