What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels Manage paid media initiatives, including budget allocation and ad optimisations, to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS) Design and optimise integrated marketing automation workflows and nurture campaigns in HubSpot Develop comprehensive reporting dashboards and KPI tracking systems to provide actionable insights Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling advertising creatives and messaging
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid media, email marketing, and marketing automation Proven experience in executing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Adwords and LinkedIn Proficiency in HubSpot for creating emails, landing pages, and workflows Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and reporting tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Expert proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot Certifications in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn advertising Experience working within an agile marketing framework Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in managing vendor and agency relationships Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
