The Opportunity
As a Commercial Account Manager (Large Commercial), you will partner with sophisticated commercial clients and key insurer stakeholders to manage a complex book of business. You will work closely with our broking teams, administration team, and the Producer to deliver a seamless client experience while remaining the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client. You'll lead servicing and renewal strategy, coordinate marketing and negotiations, and ensure coverage solutions align with the client's risk, operations, and contractual requirements.
What you will bring to the role –
- Level 3 General Insurance License is required.
- 5+ years of client-facing commercial insurance experience, with direct responsibility for large, complex commercial accounts (e.g., multi-line, US exposure, layered programs, complex property/liability, high-premium or multi-location risks).
- Proven ability to lead renewal planning and marketing strategy for sophisticated clients, including insurer negotiations and managing timelines/priorities.
- Confident, polished communication skills with the ability to advise senior client contacts
- Proactive, self-directed, and highly organized with strong attention to detail in documentation and follow-through.
- Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment managing multiple competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Epic is an asset but not required
