*About the Role*
The practice is seeking 1 full-time or 2 part-time dentists to meet growing patient demand. Each office is modern, fully digital, and equipped with iTero scanners, high-speed systems, and advanced technology. You’ll enjoy true autonomy while serving 15–20 patients per day, with over 100 new patients each month.
This position offers direct mentorship, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to inherit a thriving patient base from a retiring doctor.
*Practice Snapshot*
- $2M–$3M annual production per office
- Strong, steady patient volume and minimal referrals out
- All offices within a 15-minute radius (no travel required)
- Flexible workdays (current Tue–Sat schedule; option to shift to Mon–Fri)
*Compensation & Benefits*
- 35% of Collections – among the most competitive in the market
- Daily Minimum: $1,000 (8-hr day)

*Ideal Candidate*
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited U.S. program
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience
- Licensed (or eligible) in New Mexico
