We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our Norwood and Norfolk clinics.
We offer a supportive environment where therapists can grow their skills, build lasting relationships with patients, and truly focus on high-quality, one-on-one care.
We believe in nurturing our clinicians as much as our patients. That’s why we provide a structured mentorship program for new grads and experienced therapists alike, including both clinical and leadership development.
We utilize cutting-edge technology—such as AI-powered documentation with Sidekick—to reduce time spent on paperwork and maximize time spent with patients.
Our clinics are located just steps from the commuter rail in walkable, vibrant towns. We maintain a friendly, collaborative workplace where turnover is low and career advancement is encouraged.
Whether your goal is to become a clinical expert, mentor, or clinic director, we’ll support your growth.
The ideal candidate is positive, team-oriented, and eager to learn. You’ll treat a diverse adult population with a variety of orthopedic and sports-related conditions using techniques such as manual therapy, postural restoration, and progressive resistance training.
You’ll have access to decompression tables, balance trainers, and other modern tools, all in a well-equipped, 3,000 sq. ft. facility.
Your responsibilities will include:
Evaluate and treat patients 1:1
Document progress and adapt plans of care
Collaborate with referring providers
Participate in team meetings and mentorship sessions
Optional: mentor students, contribute to marketing/education
Our clinics provide Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy, Manual Therapy, Decompression & Traction Therapy, Post-Surgical Rehab, Injury Prevention & Performance Care, Geriatric Therapy, Personal Training Referrals, One-on-One Patient Care, and more to primary adults and older adults.
New graduates are welcome—mentorship is built into the culture. If you're looking for a clinic that values your personal and professional growth, this is the place to build your future.
