Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 8+ years of Salesforce development experience 5+ years of experience in architectural roles Salesforce Platform Developer II certification Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification
Required Skills and Competencies:
Expert?level knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations Advanced expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce development Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and sharing architecture Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices Proven experience designing large?scale Salesforce implementations Strong knowledge of API integration patterns and middleware solutions Experience with data migration and ETL tools Excellent problem?solving and analytical skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Experience with Agile development methodologies Ability to obtain public trust clearance
Desired Skills and Competencies:
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification Experience with government IT projects Knowledge of FedRAMP compliance requirements Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms Additional certifications in Salesforce specialty clouds Experience with AI/ML implementation in Salesforce Experience with GearSet Experience with GitHub Knowledge of DevSecOps practices Experience with change management in enterprise environments
