Tiny but Mighty Therapy, LLC is seeking a passionate and energetic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide high-quality speech and language services at a private preschool in the Jupiter area.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children ages 2–6 and has experience supporting a variety of communication needs, including articulation and phonological disorders, social-pragmatic communication challenges, fluency disorders, receptive and expressive language delays, and neurodivergent learners, including those on the autism spectrum. We value therapists who embrace child-led learning and play-based therapy and are committed to building strong, positive relationships with their clients and families.
While preference is given to candidates holding a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, we are open to qualified SLPA candidates with a minimum of one year of pediatric experience. This role is a great fit for a clinician who is eager to continue developing their skills, expand their clinical expertise, and be an engaged member of a supportive, collaborative team.
*Start Date:* January 2026
Responsibilities
* Conduct speech and language evaluations and determine appropriate interventions (SLP only)
* Develop individualized Plans of Care with measurable, attainable goals (SLP only)
* Document client progress, session notes, and treatment plans using an EMR system
* Provide parent coaching to support skill carryover at home
* Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support skill generalization in the classroom
* Engage in collaborative care with healthcare professionals, school personnel, and the therapy team
* Provide personalized, evidence-based therapy services
* Independently manage and maintain a therapy schedule
* Travel to and provide services at *one* preschool location in Jupiter, FL
Qualifications
* Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university
* Valid Florida licensure and registration
* Experience working with the early intervention population across a variety of needs
* Strong collaboration and communication skills with families, staff, and colleagues
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
