The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in the Retirement Living Sector.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage residents, families, community partners, and external stakeholders.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and budget management capabilities.
