We are hiring a Picker/Packer to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is central to our logistics operations, focusing on accurately fulfilling customer orders. You will be responsible for locating and picking items from warehouse shelves based on order slips, carefully packaging them for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment. This position requires physical dexterity and the ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting and standing for extended periods. Safety is a top priority, and all associates must strictly follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). You will work closely with inventory clerks and shipping associates to ensure order accuracy and timely processing. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the logistics and distribution sector. Responsibilities include verifying product codes and quantities, ensuring items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit, and labeling packages correctly.
