We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our busy Las Vegas, Nevada warehouse. This role is essential for our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for picking items from inventory, verifying quantities, and carefully packing them for shipment. Attention to detail is critical to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team to meet daily targets. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to perform frequent Lifting, and a commitment to following all Safety guidelines. We provide a competitive hourly wage and a positive work atmosphere. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order slips.
- Verify product details and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack items securely for shipping, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and picking area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order documents.
- Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
- Capacity for frequent standing, walking, and Lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet performance goals.
