Seeking motivated Picker/Packers to join our busy distribution center in Richmond, Virginia! This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment for our valued customers. As a Picker/Packer, your key responsibilities will include using order sheets to accurately locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves, carefully packaging items for safe transit, and preparing orders for shipment. You'll contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. Excellent attention to detail, speed, and accuracy are paramount for success in this position. We foster a culture that prioritizes Safety, requiring all team members to wear designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines. This is a physically demanding role involving prolonged periods of standing, walking, and repetitive motion. Frequent Lifting of boxes and items, some weighing up to 40 pounds, will be required.
