Line Cook

We're currently seeking Line Cooks to join our team at The Dusty Boot The Dusty Boot Saloon & Dance Hall — the home of fancy cocktails, cold beer, western grub, and live music. A dressed-up saloon in a dressed-down cocktail lounge, featuring weathered wood, warm leather, the glow of neon, and the sweet sound of boots on the dance floor. Enjoy bar games, cowboy karaoke, billiards, and a chef-driven menu. Saddle up and settle in — must be whisky-drinking age

This mid-level kitchen role is all about growth, skill, and passion for great food. You'll cook top-notch dishes, keep up with the fast-paced kitchen energy, and work side by side with our Chefs to make every plate memorable. This position is part of a shared kitchen team supporting both The Dusty Boot and The Balkan Restaurant.

What You'll Do:

• Preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring standards are being met
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Assist with training new team members as required

What You Have:

• Excellent work ethic and communication skills
• Previous culinary experience required
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule required
