Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck to move and stack inventory in designated racking systems.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of goods.
- Transport materials to and from various warehouse locations as needed.
- Accurately pick and stage orders based on system instructions.
- Conduct daily inspections of the reach truck and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, ensuring aisles are clear.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory control tasks and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating a reach truck.
- Valid forklift or reach truck certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices in logistics.
- Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
