Are you a physically fit individual with a keen eye for detail? We are looking for a dedicated Material Handler to join our operations in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is vital to the smooth functioning of our warehouse, ensuring materials are moved, stored, and tracked efficiently. You will be responsible for the safe and timely handling of a variety of goods, from raw materials to finished products. Working within a dynamic **logistics** environment, you will operate machinery, manage inventory, and contribute to a culture of **safety**. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting and verifying stock.
- Ensure all materials are properly stored and organized according to established procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the work area and equipment.
- Adhere to all **safety** regulations and company policies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or **safety** hazards immediately.
- Participate in **lifting** and moving of heavy items, utilizing proper techniques and **PPE**.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Material Handler or in a similar role is a plus.
- Certification and experience operating forklifts is highly desirable.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving significant **lifting** (up to 60 lbs).
- Understanding of warehouse **safety** best practices and the use of **PPE**.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a **safety**-first mindset in all operations.
