Job Summary:
Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Sacramento, California! This multifaceted role is essential to the efficient operation of our Logistics center. You'll be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Prior experience is beneficial, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt is highly valued. Your adherence to Safety protocols and proper use of PPE is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of warehouse tasks such as unloading, stocking, and order fulfillment.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified) safely.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and documentation.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and ensure compliance with Safety regulations.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks.
  • Loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
  • Wear and utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods. Must be capable of frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs). Previous warehouse experience is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Must demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all Safety and PPE requirements.
