Join our dynamic team in Miami, Florida, as a Picker/Packer and be at the forefront of our order fulfillment process. This fast-paced role requires accuracy and efficiency in picking items for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our products reach our customers in perfect condition. We are looking for reliable individuals with a strong work ethic who understand the importance of attention to detail and workplace Safety in a busy Logistics setting. Your contribution is key to our operational success.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve products from warehouse stock based on order tickets.
- Verify item counts and product details to ensure order accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials and methods.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for carrier pickup.
- Conduct quality checks on products and packaging.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Meet productivity targets while upholding quality standards.
- Follow all established safety procedures and wear designated PPE .
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and teamwork.
Qualifications:
Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physically demanding tasks. Capability for regular Lifting (up to 40 lbs). Prior experience in picking/packing or general warehouse operations is beneficial. A strong sense of responsibility and accuracy. Must be able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Commitment to adhering to all Safety guidelines and using required PPE .
