Seeking a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist for our Minneapolis, Minnesota location. This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and managing inventory records using our Warehouse Management System (WMS). Your keen eye for detail will help optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and ensure that products are available when needed for our **Logistics** operations. Maintaining a safe and organized inventory system is a core part of this role. You must be vigilant about **Safety** protocols and always use the appropriate **PPE**. While not as physically demanding as some other warehouse roles, there may be occasional **Lifting** of items up to 30 pounds. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with computer systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
