We are looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our vibrant team in Orlando, Florida. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely order processing and shipment to our valued customers. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will perform a range of tasks including picking products from warehouse shelves, meticulously packing items for shipment, and verifying order accuracy. Your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency will be critical to our logistics success. We maintain a strong focus on safety, and all team members are expected to adhere to established safety protocols and consistently wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, as it involves frequent Lifting of boxes and merchandise, as well as standing and moving for extended periods. We seek individuals with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately from designated locations
- Pack items safely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers
- Verify order details against picked items
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all components are present
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
- Operate material handling equipment as needed
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution environment is beneficial
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills
