Responsibilities will encompass routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and timely repairs of warehouse equipment, such as conveyors, sorters, and automated systems. A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is essential for this role. We are looking for individuals who are proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to minimize downtime. Safety is our top priority, and adherence to all safety guidelines and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is non-negotiable. Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair on warehouse equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Conduct regular safety inspections
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and PPE requirements
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs
- Assist in the installation of new equipment
- Support logistics operations by ensuring equipment readiness
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification preferred
- Experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
- Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
- Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to perform the job, including occasional Lifting
