Responsibilities:
- Process incoming merchandise and ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with precision.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, adhering to strict safety guidelines.
- Maintain a neat and orderly workspace, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity and correct order fulfillment.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
- Use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track order progress and inventory levels.
- Follow all company directives for handling and storing goods.
- Comply with all safety regulations and utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is beneficial.
- Capacity for lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Familiarity with basic logistics principles is helpful.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- A strong focus on workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Must be willing to wear required PPE, such as safety glasses and gloves.
- GED or High School diploma is typically required.
