Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist with other warehouse duties, such as stocking or cycle counting, as directed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking, warehouse operations, or a similar logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain speed in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
