Our San Francisco, California branch is looking for dedicated Picker/Packers to join our logistics team. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from our inventory and carefully packing them for shipment to our customers. Your precision and efficiency are key to our operational success and customer satisfaction. This role requires an individual who can work diligently, maintain accuracy, and adhere to strict safety protocols within a dynamic warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from inventory shelves using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Ensure order accuracy by double-checking items and quantities.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear all necessary PPE while on duty.
- Assist with stocking and inventory tasks as needed.
- Perform lifting duties as required, typically up to 45 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to perform moderate lifting.
- Team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory principles is a plus.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to wearing required PPE.
