We are looking for an efficient Order Picker to join our dynamic team in Boise, Idaho. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is fundamental to our logistics chain, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and possesses excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using a pick list or RF scanner.
- Locate and retrieve products from designated warehouse locations.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Stage orders for shipment and ensure proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Meet daily picking quotas and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners or other warehouse technology is desirable.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all logistics procedures.
