Our growing logistics operation in Austin, Texas, is looking for a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate. This position is critical to our supply chain management, involving the accurate and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments. You will be responsible for inspecting goods, preparing them for dispatch, and maintaining organized shipping and receiving areas. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety are essential. We are dedicated to fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere where employees feel valued and supported. If you have experience in warehouse environments and a passion for smooth logistics, this role is perfect for you. You will collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure that all shipments are processed accurately and on time. Responsibilities include operating forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed), verifying shipment contents against documentation, and reporting any damages or discrepancies. Maintaining a clean and safe work area is a top priority. You will also be involved in managing inventory levels and assisting with general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Understanding of shipping procedures and carrier requirements is a plus.
