We are currently hiring a Receiving Clerk for our bustling distribution center in Austin, Texas. This critical role ensures that all incoming goods are accurately received, inspected, and documented. As a Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for unloading shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, identifying any discrepancies or damages, and properly logging all received items into our inventory management system. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of warehouse logistics. We maintain a strict focus on workplace safety, and all team members are required to use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols. The role involves physical tasks, including lifting and moving packages, often up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics is highly desirable. - Unload incoming shipments from trucks and other carriers.

- Accurately record received inventory into the WMS.
- Tag and route incoming merchandise to appropriate storage locations.
- Communicate any receiving issues to supervisors and relevant departments.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse role.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (WMS).
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain best practices.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE use.
