We are looking for energetic individuals to accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. This role is vital to our operations, ensuring that our customers receive their products quickly and correctly. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse using RF scanners, selecting items from shelves, and ensuring that they are packed safely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit. Attention to detail is paramount in this position, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We emphasize a strong culture of safety, and all employees are required to follow strict guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves frequent lifting and movement, with packages often weighing up to 50 lbs. Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial.
