We are hiring a Distribution Center Associate for our busy facility in Denver, Colorado! This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our distribution network. You will be involved in all facets of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and preparing goods for shipment. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace Safety. This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting, and to work collaboratively in a team environment. We provide ongoing training and emphasize a culture of safety and continuous improvement within our logistics team. Proper use of all required PPE is essential. Your contribution is vital to our ability to meet customer demands and maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming merchandise according to WMS.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures diligently.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned by management.
- Perform Lifting and moving of goods as necessary, adhering to established safety guidelines.
Requirements:
Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs). Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Understanding of basic logistics concepts. Commitment to Safety and adherence to all regulations.
