You'll be involved in receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and effectively. This position demands physical stamina, including the ability to handle substantial Lifting, and a proactive approach to completing assigned duties. - Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Sort, stack, and store merchandise in designated locations.
- Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required.
- Execute required Lifting and moving of materials safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs). Prior warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Physical ability to perform the demands of the job. Understanding of basic logistics principles is helpful. Punctuality and reliability are crucial. Commitment to workplace Safety.
