Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from inventory based on order requirements.
- Pack products using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Scan items to update inventory levels and track order progress.
- Ensure all outgoing orders are correctly labeled and staged.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the picking and packing areas.
- Strictly follow all company Safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Wear and utilize all designated PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability for consistent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and basic Logistics concepts.
- A strong sense of responsibility towards workplace Safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to adhere to PPE requirements.
