Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Comply with all company policies, including strict adherence to safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
- Perform manual tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to perform consistent lifting tasks up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and the use of PPE.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
