We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, performing stock adjustments, and ensuring that inventory records are up-to-date and precise. You will work closely with receiving, shipping, and fulfillment teams to resolve any inventory-related issues. A strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse operations is essential. This position requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. While this role may involve some physical tasks, including moderate Lifting , the primary focus is on data accuracy and process adherence. We are committed to ensuring a safe working environment, and all employees are required to use appropriate PPE and follow strict Safety protocols. Familiarity with Logistics procedures and best practices in inventory management is highly desirable. - Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
