Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Organize and replenish inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items from shelves to fulfill customer orders using scanners.
- Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring quality.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring proper handling.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Strictly follow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform lifting tasks up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of and adherence to safety regulations.
- Commitment to wearing required PPE at all times.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
