Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. You will be responsible for selecting items from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment are essential. We offer a fast-paced and rewarding atmosphere where your efforts directly contribute to customer satisfaction. You will use warehouse technology, such as RF scanners, to locate and retrieve products, working collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily targets. Continuous improvement and adherence to established protocols are key. The ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, is a core requirement. We are seeking reliable individuals eager to grow their careers in the logistics industry. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
  • Verify product identification and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
  • Pack items carefully and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and checks as required.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team productivity goals.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
  • Must be comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
