Job Summary:
Join our vibrant team as a Fulfillment Associate in the heart of Boston, Massachusetts. This role is critical to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be involved in various aspects of the fulfillment process, from receiving and stocking merchandise to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment are essential. We provide a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere where your contributions make a real difference. You will utilize warehouse technology to track inventory and fulfill orders, working collaboratively with your colleagues to meet daily targets. Continuous improvement and adherence to established protocols are key. The ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting, is a core part of the job. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to our growing logistics network. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from shelves based on order specifications.
  • Pack products carefully to ensure safe transit.
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Adhere to all company policies, including strict adherence to PPE requirements.
  • Participate in inventory management activities.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
