Become a key part of our logistics network as a Warehouse Worker at our Columbus, Ohio facility. We are seeking reliable and energetic individuals to perform essential tasks within our warehouse. This role is fundamental to our operational success, involving the handling, storing, and shipping of goods. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient flow of products to our customers. We value a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lfiting and standing. Understanding and adhering to all Safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE, is mandatory. You will be an integral part of our logistics chain, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stock accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Follow all company Safety procedures and regulations.
- Ensure the proper use and availability of PPE.
- Perform Lfiting and carrying of products weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Support the logistics department by ensuring timely order fulfillment and dispatch.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lfiting.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety practices.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to adhere to PPE requirements.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
