Your responsibilities will span various aspects of warehouse operations, including picking products, packing orders, staging shipments, and assisting with inventory management. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of our logistics chain. You will be expected to work in a dynamic environment that involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting and being on your feet for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock organization.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Follow all established safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is advantageous.
- Proven ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including regular lifting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory control principles.
- Commitment to safety standards and the use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting.
