Join our bustling Los Angeles, California warehouse as a Warehouse Worker! We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to support our daily operations. This role is fundamental to our success, involving tasks such as receiving incoming goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics processes. We prioritize a safe and organized work environment and provide the necessary training and resources. If you are ready to contribute to a dynamic team, this is the role for you.Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock inventory in designated locations, maintaining organization and order.
- Pick items accurately based on customer orders or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Load and unload trucks, palletizing goods as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times as required by Safety guidelines.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for motivated candidates.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Safety procedures.
- Commitment to following all Safety rules and wearing required PPE.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
