Our Distribution Center in Durham, North Carolina, is looking for motivated Distribution Center Associates to join our expanding operations. This role is fundamental to our ability to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. You will be involved in various warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, sorting, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory.
- Sort and organize products within the distribution center.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Ensure proper use of required PPE at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of logistics processes is a plus.
