Join our expanding logistics operation in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as a Warehouse Associate. This position is vital to the successful functioning of our distribution center, encompassing a range of duties from order fulfillment to inventory management. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. You will operate various warehouse equipment and systems to support the movement and tracking of inventory. A strong commitment to safety and a detail-oriented approach are essential for success in this role. We prioritize a safe working environment and require all employees to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety shoes and gloves, and follow all established safety procedures. This role involves considerable physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, bending, and stooping. Your contribution is key to meeting our customer demands and maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying against shipping documents.
- Load and unload trucks as required.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment by following all safety regulations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders.
- Adhere to proper lifting techniques and all PPE requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and support overall logistics flow.
