We're looking for a Human-Centered Design Lead to join FORGE, AdventHealth's IT innovation team, where we blend deep user empathy with real-world testing to shape digital solutions that truly matter. What You'll Do This is not a role where research is outsourced or downstream
you will be the researcher. You'll lead the discovery work that determines whether our technology ideas solve the right problems in the right ways. Rather than building new blue-sky products, you'll spend your time deeply understanding how existing or in-progress solutions perform in the real world
with patients, clinicians, and care teams. Your responsibilities will include: User Research & Testing: You'll own the end-to-end research process
from framing questions to leading ethnographic studies, usability testing, field interviews, and synthesis. Insight Translation: You'll turn complex, messy human stories into actionable insights, journey maps, and service blueprints that guide product teams. Prototyping & Experimentation: Rapidly prototype concepts and scenarios (tools flexible
clarity over polish) to explore what works. Facilitation & Workshops: Plan and run inclusive sessions that elevate diverse voices and uncover new perspectives. Storytelling for Impact: Communicate your findings with clarity, empathy, and strategic influence across teams and leadership.
