Phillips Auto is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Red Seal-Certified Automotive Technicians. If you have a strong background in automotive repair and are dedicated to ensuring vehicle safety and performance, we’d love to welcome you to our professional team.
*Pay:* Starting at $40/hour (based on experience).
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
* Perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components.
* Conduct routine inspections to ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of all repairs and parts used.
* Collaborate with the team to complete service requests promptly.
* Adhere to all safety guidelines while working in the shop environment.
*Qualifications:*
* Red Seal Automotive Technician certification.
* Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in automotive repair, ideally in a dealership or professional shop setting.
* Skilled in using diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
* Physical capability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) when required.
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
* Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
