We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to maintain the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that stock levels are precise, minimizing discrepancies, and optimizing stock rotation. You will be responsible for conducting cycle counts, reconciling physical inventory with system data, and investigating any variances. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor stock levels and report any potential shortages or overages.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to improve inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in inventory control or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
