We are looking for motivated individuals to support our **logistics** operations by handling various tasks essential to the efficient flow of goods. This role demands a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to **safety**. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping operations. We prioritize a secure and productive work environment, encouraging our team members to excel. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately according to customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all **safety** guidelines.
- Use required **PPE** at all times and follow established **safety** procedures.
- Perform **lifting** of materials up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable with **lifting** requirements up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse **safety** protocols and the use of **PPE**.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
