We are seeking a diligent Order Picker for our warehouse facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving items from our inventory to fulfill customer orders. Your attention to detail and speed are critical to our operational success in the demanding world of Logistics . This position requires physical activity and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. We value teamwork and encourage individuals who are proactive and dedicated to meeting order fulfillment targets while adhering to all Safety protocols and utilizing required PPE .
Responsibilities:
- Select correct items and quantities from warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Ensure accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Transport picked items to the packing/staging area.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by properly scanning items.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Meet individual and team productivity goals.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use and maintain required PPE .
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as replenishment or cycle counts.
Qualifications:
Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Capacity for regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Previous order picking or warehouse experience is preferred. Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must have a strong understanding of and commitment to warehouse Safety practices and the correct use of PPE .
