We are seeking motivated and reliable Order Pickers to join our dynamic logistics team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse shelves using a scanner and/or pick list. This involves navigating the warehouse efficiently, locating items, and ensuring correct quantities are picked. Strong attention to detail is paramount to minimize errors and maintain inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have a strong commitment to safety. You will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to proper lifting techniques and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This role is fundamental to our overall logistics operations and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be working closely with other warehouse associates and supervisors to achieve daily picking goals. Training will be provided on our specific picking systems and safety protocols.
