We are seeking motivated and reliable Picker/Packers to join our dynamic logistics team in Chicago, Illinois. As a Picker/Packer, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to safety protocols. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various scanning devices and warehouse equipment. Training will be provided on our specific warehouse management system and packing procedures. We are looking for individuals who can work independently as well as part of a team, contributing to the overall success of our distribution operations. Your commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace is also essential. This position offers a stable hourly wage and the opportunity for growth within our organization. Understanding and adhering to all company policies, especially regarding workplace safety and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is mandatory. The role may involve significant lifting and movement throughout the shift. Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus but not strictly required for candidates with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
