We are seeking dedicated and energetic Order Pickers to join our dynamic logistics team in Miami, Florida. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by accurately and efficiently retrieving products from shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy physical work. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to all company policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall success of our distribution center. Experience with RF scanners is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided to all new hires. - Accurately pick products based on order sheets or scanner data.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely, if certified.
- Verify product counts and item numbers against orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Ensure timely completion of all picking duties.
Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be reliable and punctual. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial. Willingness to wear required PPE . Commitment to workplace safety . High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
