Our busy logistics hub in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a diligent Material Handler. This role is crucial for the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse. You will be responsible for operating various types of equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to move, store, and retrieve materials. Accurate inventory management and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace are key responsibilities. You will assist in receiving and shipping operations, ensuring that all products are handled with care and processed according to company procedures. Safety is a top priority, and all employees must adhere to strict safety guidelines and use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires the ability to perform frequent and sometimes heavy Lifting. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who can work independently or as part of a team to meet operational demands. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Move, store, and retrieve materials accurately
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Follow all safety regulations and PPE requirements
- Conduct routine equipment checks
- Support shipping and receiving operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Material Handler or Forklift Operator
- Valid forklift certification is a plus
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
